Matthew Sanscrainte Hospitality Group (MSHG) Start Date: June 8, 2026 Matthew Sanscrainte Hospitality Group (MSHG) is offering a limited number of high-impact internship opportunities for driven university students seeking real-world experience in hospitality leadership, operations, and asset performance. This is not a traditional internship. This is a hands-on, execution-focused program designed to develop future leaders in hospitality through direct exposure to live hotel operations and turnaround strategy. Position Overview Interns will work alongside executive leadership, including Dr. Matthew Sanscrainte, CEO, gaining direct insight into how hotels are stabilized, optimized, and scaled for profitability. You will be actively involved in operational initiatives—not observing from the sidelines. Key Responsibilities * Assist with on-site hotel operations across departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Engineering) * Support execution of 30-60-90 day turnaround strategies * Analyze performance metrics including RevPAR, ADR, and guest satisfaction scores * Participate in operational audits and reporting using tools such as GoAudits, Quore, and SiteMinder * Contribute to process improvements, SOP development, and service delivery enhancements * Engage in leadership discussions and real-time problem solving What You Will Learn * Hotel operations and departmental efficiency (including MPOR standards) * Revenue management and demand strategy fundamentals * Leadership, team management, and culture development * Executive-level decision making and performance accountability * Real-world turnaround execution in distressed or underperforming assets

Requirements
