This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you visit mshg-corporate.com (the "Site"), use our Client Portal, contact us, apply for employment, or otherwise interact with our services.

By using the Site, you consent to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Information you provide directly:

• Contact details (name, email, phone, company) when you submit contact, recruiting, or talent request forms.
• Candidate data (resume, employment history, credentials) when you register or apply through Careers.
• Client information (company, property, financial figures, team rosters) entered into the Client Portal.
• Payment information processed by our payment provider Stripe (we do not store card numbers).
• Chat messages submitted to our AI Concierge and any uploaded files or documents.

Information collected automatically:

• Device, browser, and operating system identifiers.
• IP address, approximate geolocation, referrer URL.
• Pages viewed, time-on-page, clicks and scroll behavior via Google Analytics.
• Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see our Cookie Policy).

• Respond to inquiries, provide requested services, and fulfill contractual obligations.
• Review employment applications and manage recruiting processes.
• Operate the Client Portal, deliver reports, send invoices and receive payments.
• Send transactional and service-related emails (welcome messages, notifications, password resets).
• Improve our Site, services, and marketing through analytics.
• Prevent fraud, enforce our Terms, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We disclose information only as follows:

• Service providers who help us run the Site — including MongoDB Atlas (database), Stripe (payments), Google (Analytics & Workspace), Gmail SMTP (email delivery), and AI providers (OpenAI / Anthropic / Google) used by our Concierge.
• Legal authorities when required by law, court order, or subpoena.
• Business transfers in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
• With your consent for any other purpose disclosed at the time of collection.

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Candidate data is retained for up to 24 months. Client account data is retained for the life of the engagement plus 7 years for tax and audit purposes.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data.
• Object to or restrict certain processing activities.
• Withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior lawful processing).
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (California residents under the CCPA/CPRA).
• Lodge a complaint with a data protection authority (EU/UK residents under GDPR).

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards — including TLS encryption, bcrypt password hashing, role-based access controls, and secure cloud hosting — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our services are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have, please contact us and we will delete it.

MSHG is based in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the U.S. or other jurisdictions where data-protection laws may differ.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a revised "Effective Date." Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
